Und vor allem auch etwas für alle Bäcker da lernt man noch was dazu! Wir kommen wieder!!! A great hotel !! Very family, owner very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and very clean well-kept rooms! And above all, something for all bakers because you learn something more! We will be back!!!
E	Erwin Strobl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe jetzt schon in vielen Hotels geschlafen, auch in jenen außerhalb von großen Städten, doch ich habe selten so eine hervorragende Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit erlebt. Der Gast steht an erster Stelle und es gibt immer eine Lösung. Check in nach 21 Uhr - überhaupt kein Problem - der Gastgeber kommt dafür extra vorbei und auch wenn man sich in diesem kleinen Ort nicht auskennt - er zeigt einfach den Weg. Das Frühstück in der Früh: Auch wenn man den Wunsch äußert, man möchte etwas später frühstücken, kein Problem. Es ist ein Buffet, sehr gute Auswahl, und auch wenn Selbstbedienung ist, der Gastgeber bringt einem so viele Kaffees wie man möchte, direkt an den Tisch. Jeder spezielle Wunsch - von der Aufladung des E-Bikes - bis hin zu einer guten Wegbeschreibung wird ohne zu zögern umgesetzt. Und auch der Preis ist angemessen. Das Zimmer war herrlich und das Hotel verdient es, 4-Sterne-Hotel genannt zu werden. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen, es war einfach perfekt und herzhaft! I have slept in many hotels, even those outside of big cities, but I have rarely experienced such excellent hospitality and friendliness. The guest comes first and there is always a solution. Check in after 21 clock - no problem at all - the host comes for extra and even if you are in this small place not know - he just shows the way. The breakfast in the morning: even if one expresses the desire, one would like to have breakfast a bit later, no problem. It's a buffet, very good selection, and although self-service, the host brings as many coffees as you want directly to the table. Any special request - from charging the e-bike - to a good directions is implemented without hesitation. And the price is reasonable. The room was lovely and the hotel deserves to be called a 4 star hotel. I would recommend it to anyone, it was just perfect and hearty!
M	Michaela Steurer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten reserviert (m. Reservierungsbestätigung!) und am Tag der Anreise war niemand da (Ankunftszeit ca. 16 Uhr). An sich nicht schlimm - denn lt. Infozettel an der Scheibe käme man bei Anruf in wenigen Minuten vor Ort... NUR, es hob leider keiner unter den für diesen Fall abgedruckten Handynummern ab. Wir haben fast eine Stunde vor der Pension verschwitzt in Radausrüstung rumgelungert und in Abständen immer wieder probiert (auch am Festnetz) - mussten dann aber "auf gut Glück" weiterziehen, sonst hätten wir unter der Brücke schlafen können. So etwas ist uns in Österreich noch nie passiert! Unglaublich unprofessionell - oder hat man zahlende Gäste nicht nötig, bzw. macht nur auf, wenn es einen grad freut, wie ein Vorrezensent schreibt? Wir wurden übrigens auch nicht zurückgerufen (haben nicht anonym angerufen). Had reserved (with reservation confirmation!) And there was no one on the day of arrival (arrival time approx. 4 p.m.). Not bad in itself - because according to the information sheet on the window, you would be on site in a few minutes when you called ... ONLY, unfortunately none of the mobile phone numbers printed for this case took off. Almost an hour in front of the guesthouse we were hanging around sweaty in bike gear and trying again and again at intervals (also on the landline) - but had to move on "if we were lucky", otherwise we could have slept under the bridge. This has never happened to us in Austria! Incredibly unprofessional - or do you not need paying guests, or only open when you're happy, as a previous reviewer writes? Incidentally, we were not called back (did not call anonymously).
S	Susanne Fuchs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer sind echt sehr schön und sauber. Frühstücksbuffet hat jetzt nicht die mega Auswahl aber es ist gut. Ein Punkt Abzug, da der Inhaber kommt und geht wie es ihm passt. Jedoch wenn man ihn braucht, kann man ihn anrufen. Rooms are really nice and clean. Breakfast buffet does not have the mega selection but it is good. A point deduction, as the owner comes and goes as it suits him. However, if you need him, you can call him.
