 Very impolite. Not even inside, you are immediately cursed to disinfect your hands. You could also say normal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine nicht allzu große Möglichkeit zum parken hält mich nicht ab dort einzukaufen.
Man wird schon sehr höflich begrüßt wenn man die Apotheke betritt und wird auch weiters sehr höflich bedient und bekommt eine dementsprechende Auskunft bei Fragen und sollte etwas nicht in deren Bereich fallen wird versucht gemeinsam eine passende Lösung zu finden, sprich wo könnte man das gesuchte Produkt finden...
A not too big possibility to park doesn't stop me from shopping there.

Es ist mir gleich zweimal passiert. Leider kann das die Höflichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter nicht wettmachen. Vielleicht sollten sie nur noch im Büro arbeiten!!ich werde mir leider auch eine neue Apotheke suchen müssen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beratung der PharmazeutInnen ist einfach nur top, teilweise gibt es hier eine bessere Beratung als beim Arzt, der einem das Rezept schreibt. Würden hier nur die zwei Angestellten arbeiten würde ich fünf Sterne geben.
Jedoch kann man auch das Pech haben auf die Inhaberin der Apotheke zu treffen und dann ist der postive Eindruck auch schon dahin. Als Kunde bekommt man dann nur freche oder unangebrachte Kommentare oder bekommt mit, wie unangebracht mit Mitarbeitern umgegangen wird.
The advice given by the pharmacists is just great, sometimes there is better advice than the doctor who writes you the prescription. If only the two employees worked here I would give it five stars.
However, you can also have the bad luck to meet the owner of the pharmacy and then the positive impression is already gone. As a customer, you only get cheeky or inappropriate comments or notice how inappropriate employees are being treated.

Die Chefin ist zwar kompetent, leider aber auch unfreundlich. Zum Thema Hände desinfizieren : ich und wohl auch die meisten anderen Kunden haben dafür Verständnis. Aber der Ton macht die Musik, Frau Sabernik
