★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet heel byzonder. 3 keer langsgefietst voordat we door hadden dat dit het nou was. Stadje is wel een leuke omweg als je de Donau route fietst.
Not very special. Cycled by 3 times before we realized this was it. Town is a nice detour if you cycle the Danube route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tor in Traismauer. Stammt aus der Römerzeit. Man kann entweder mit dem Auto durchfahren oder zu Fuß durchgehen. Mit dem Auto nur in Richtung Stadtzentrum durchfahrbar. Auf der inneren Seite befinden sich außen einige Textzeilen des Nibelungenliedes, die sich auf Traismauer beziehen, sind aber in der alten Rechtschreibung und in einer alten Schrift geschrieben. Sehr gut erhalten.
Gate in Traismauer. Comes from Roman times. You can either drive through it or walk through it. Can only be driven by car towards the city center. On the inner side there are some lines of text of the Nibelungenlied that refer to Traismauer, but are written in the old spelling and in an old script. Very well preserved.
