- Service in the restaurant/bar not very satisfying for a 4s category hotel. While having breakfast or dinner, service staff already prepares the tables, dishes and the noisy cuttleries for the evening or breakfast setting. Rough language between staff members in front of the guests. Service is slow and unprofessional unfortunately.

Everything was perfect from the first contact via email for the reservation to saying farwell.The service, the room, cleanliness, the food was excellent, the ambience, the lake, facilities. 5 Star rating on our side.
