★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für Stirnfransen schneiden (trocken!!) (3Min.) - über 20€ zu verlangen ist echt eine Gemeinheit!
Danach wurde nochmals angerufen um sich zu informieren wieviel das Stirnfransen schneiden kostet - es wurde geantwortet das es kostenlos ist!?
Zwischenweil wurden auch Bekannte gefragt die auch zuvor NIE was verrechnet bekommen haben!
Schade das man am Telefon als Antwort nur ein „OK?“ bekommt und keinerlei Entschuldigung! Daumen nach unten ???? sehr unprofessionel!!
Cut for forehead fringes (dry !!) (3min.) - asking for more than 20 € is really a meanness!
Then they called again to find out how much cutting the forehead fringes costs - it was answered that it was free !?
In the meantime, acquaintances were also asked who had NEVER been charged for anything before!
It's a shame that you only get an "OK?" Answer on the phone and no apology! Thumbs down ???? very unprofessional !!

Er frisierte sie nichteinmal bevor er fertig war

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bei Petra und wirklich zufrieden! Super freundlich und kundenorientiert. Nicht zu aufdringlich und trotzdem empathisch und gut beraten! Und der Preis war wirklich fair und das obwohl ich mich im Vorfeld nicht informiert hab und mir alle Pflegeprodukte verabreicht wurde. Keine Abzocke diesbezüglich! Vielen Dank!
I was at Petra and really satisfied! Super friendly and customer oriented. Not too pushy but still empathetic and well advised! And the price was really fair, even though I didn't get any information in advance and I was given all the care products. No rip off in this regard! Thanks very much!
