Faulty construction would be the correct name. Incredible that such a place in Austria is allowed at all .. After more damage than before.

Und: Zusagen für Termine oder Rückrufe wurden immer eingehalten (das ist keineswegs selbstverständlich in der Baubranche)! Gerne wieder ? At Roman Bau everything fits - competent, prompt & reliable! From making contact with the boss, through meetings, planning and implementation. And: commitments for appointments or callbacks were always kept (this is by no means a matter of course in the construction industry)! Gladly again ?

Wo wir von all unseren Freunden und Nachbarn auch ein Lob für diese Firma erhalten haben. Ein herzliches DANKESCHÖN, an die Mitarbeiter und ein ganz besonderes Lob an den Chef! Bei der Fa. Roman Bau hat von Anfang bis zur Fertigstellung ALLES gepaßt. Von der Leistung bis zum Preis! Der ganze Umbau wurde sehr professionell, sauber, ordentlich und planmäßig erledigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich, pünktlich und sehr fleißig. Der Chef hatte immer alle Fragen, die ich so zwischendurch per Mail oder telefonisch hatte, so schnell als möglichst sehr nett beantwortet. Er war auch persönlich sehr viel und oft auf der Baustelle! Man hat sich nie im Stich gelassen gefühlt. Ich empfehle diese Fa. zu 100% weiter! Wir sind sehr glücklich und zufrieden mit unserer Entscheidung, daß wir die Gauben von der Fa. Roman Bau machen lassen haben. Ich brauche in Zukunft bei weiteren Umbauarbeiten KEINE Firmen mehr zu suchen, ich weiß ganz sicher, für mich kommt nur noch die Fa. Roman Bau in Frage. DANKESCHÖN an alle und für alles, macht weiter so!!! We had dormers made in 2 rooms that turned out to be perfect! Where we received praise for this company from all of our friends and neighbors. A big THANK YOU to the employees and a very special praise to the boss! At Roman Bau EVERYTHING was right from start to finish. From performance to price! The whole renovation was done very professionally, cleanly, neatly and according to plan. The staff were very polite, punctual and very hardworking. The boss always answered all the questions I had in between by email or phone as quickly as possible in a very nice way. He was also very much personally and often on the construction site! You never felt let down. I recommend this company 100%! We are very happy and satisfied with our decision to have the dormers made by Roman Bau. In the future, I do NOT need to look for any companies for further renovation work, I know for sure that Roman Bau is the only option for me. THANK YOU to everyone and for everything, keep it up!
