Meine eigene Auswahl nach Katalog war falsch, die Rücknahme erfolgte problemlos. Mein spezieller Wunsch wurde dann nach Beratung als Sonderfertigung problemlos erledigt und die Lieferung war 3 Tage nach der Bestellung schon da. Liebe Wiener, ihr seid einfach Spitze, bleibt so ! Der Service am Telefon ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Bei Unklarheiten trotz dem guten technischen Datenblatt (Größe etc) der gewünschten Rolle hat mich der Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und kompetent beraten - er machte sich sogar extra die Mühe und hat die Rolle geholt, abgemessen und mich dann zurückgerufen. Weiter so! Absolutely top! The HP is clear and the search function really good - you can find the right thing quickly and easily. The service on the phone is also excellent. If anything is unclear, despite the good technical data sheet (size, etc.) of the desired role, the employee gave me very friendly and competent advice - he even went to the trouble and got the role, measured it and then called me back. Keep it up!
