Obwohl die von mir kontaktierte Filiale schon geschlossen hatte, war der Chef persönlich so nett, mir einen Termin in einer anderen (näheren) Zweigstelle zu fixieren. Die Friseurin dort (Fr. Klaudia) war nicht nur sehr flink sonder auch extrem kompetent und überaus freundlich. Das Ergebnis war perfekt. Werde dort sicher Stammkunde werden! Vielen Dank!
Very cooperative and flexible. Although the branch I contacted had already closed, the boss was personally kind enough to set me an appointment in another (closer) branch. The hairdresser there (Ms. Klaudia) was not only very quick but also extremely competent and extremely friendly. The result was perfect. I am sure to become a regular customer there! Many Thanks!
