Rohrfix Hammer hat eine Therme bei uns installiert, die nicht annähernd genug Warmwasser für unsere Badewanne bereitstellt und im Winter das ganze Haus nicht heizen kann!!!
Und sie sind nicht einmal zu einem Gespräch über die Lösung dieses Problems bereit!!!
Das habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Jeder kann einmal einen Fehler machen, aber dann nur unfreundlich zu sein und überhaupt nicht zu reagieren, ist unglaublich.
Ich kann alle nur warnen vor dieser Firma.
They are not working on the hot water tub. And: THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM!
Rohrfix Hammer has installed a thermal bath with us, which does not provide nearly enough hot water for our bathtub and in winter can not heat the whole house !!!
And they are not even ready to talk about solving this problem !!!
I've never experienced that before.
Anyone can make a mistake, but being rude and not reacting at all is unbelievable.
I can only warn everyone in front of this company.
