Beste Möglichkeit um NICHT nach Hause zu kommen. Empfehlenswert für Leute, die gerne warten oder viel Zeit haben. I would not recommend it. The taxi company suffers from strong Zeitdelatation or Gedächnisschwund as far as orders. Best way to NOT come home. Recommended for people who like to wait or have a lot of time.

Auf rückruf kam immer die gleiche meldung :“ taxi ist gleich da, dauert nur 15 min. „ . Vertraut ihnen nicht, reinste Abzocke! Worst taxi service in Krems. After 1 hour of waiting I went home on foot. When I called back I always got the same message: "Taxi will be there soon, it only takes 15 minutes." Don't trust them, it's a rip-off!

Die Fahrt in dem sehr von Gebrauchspuren gezeichneten Kleinbus ging von Dürnstein nach Weißenkirchen/Joching ( 6,6 km/ 8 min). Am Ziel angekommen wurde mit der Begründung, es handele sich um eine Pauschale, ein Preis von 35 € verlangt, was uns für die kurze Strecke doch sehr hoch erschien. Auf Nachfrage war beim Unternehmen zu erfahren, dass bei diesem Großraumtaxi immer die volle Anfahrt aus Krems bezahlt werden müsse, was uns jedoch im Vorhinein nicht gesagt wurde. Wir hätten ansonsten diese Dienstleistung sicher nicht in Anspruch genommen. As a family of five, we requested a taxi cab from Rittner by phone. The ride in the very marked by signs of use minibus went from Dürnstein to Weißenkirchen / Joching (6.6 km / 8 min). Arrived at the destination was on the grounds that it is a flat rate, a price of 35 € required, which seemed very high for the short distance. Upon request, the company was told that this full-size taxi always the full drive from Krems must be paid, which we were not told in advance. Otherwise, we would certainly not have used this service.

Am ersten Abend für 10 km Euro 40, habe 45 gegeben, am zweiten tag, für 13 km sollten wir Euro 60 bezahlen. :( Das liessen wir sein und fuhren selber! Auch die Anfrage war kompliziert, der Herr am Telefon war wohl nicht ortskundig :) Unfortunately the taxi company Rittner, Krems was not serious in our case. We wanted to book it two nights in a row. On the first night for 10 km Euro 40, I gave 45, on the second day, for 13 km we should pay Euro 60. :( We let that be and drove itself! The request was complicated, the gentleman on the phone was probably not familiar with the place :)
E	Erwin Wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie mehr dieses Taxi ! wir wahren 12 Personen und hätten ein grossraum Taxi gebraucht ! dieses Taxiunternehmen kam aber mit 2 Pkw ( egal ) nun die frechheit : für 3 km mussten 2 Pkw's jeweils 2xfahren zu 25 Euro für 3 km gesammt 100Euro !!!! ein anscheinend Indischer Lenker sehr unfreundlich ! Als wie uns aufrägten wegen dem Preis , rief er anscheinend die Chefin an die uns mit sehr unfreundlicher Stimme , bekanntgab das die nunmal 25€ pro fahrt kostet ! No more that taxi! we are 12 people and would have needed a large taxi! this taxi company came with 2 cars (doesn't matter) now the cheekiness: for 3 km 2 cars each had to drive twice at 25 euros for 3 km a total of 100 euros !!!! an apparently Indian driver very unfriendly! When we upset us about the price, he apparently called the boss to us with a very unfriendly voice, announcing that it costs 25 € per trip!
E	Erwin Rossmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich arbeite jetzt 3 Jahre in Krems, habe krankheitsbedingt keinen Führerschein und bin auf das Sammeltaxi angewiesen! Heute wurde ich von dieser "Firma" zum 8. (in Worten ACHTEN!!!) mal versetzt, also wie es heißt "vergessen", auf Stress oder so kann man sich nicht rausreden, denn in Krems fährt kaum jemand mit dem Sammeltaxi - ist ja auch kein Wunder bei dem "Service", das schlimmste ist aber, dass ich noch nie in den 3 Jahren auch nur ein Wort der Entschuldigung gehört habe, wenn sie es wieder einmal nicht gebacken bekommen haben, ein Stunden im Voraus bestelltes Taxi halbwegs pünktlich zu schicken...gleich 8 mal in 3 Jahren komplett auf mich zu vergessen ist aber echt die Höhe! So wird man als Stammkunde normalerweise nicht behandelt...aber ehrlich gesagt...bei uns in St. Pölten ist das Sammeltaxi sogar noch eine größere Frechheit als in Krems... I've been working in Krems for 3 years now, I don't have a driver's license due to illness and I have to rely on the shared taxi! Today I was transferred from this "company" for the 8th time (in words EIGHT !!!), so as it is called "forget", you can't talk your way out of stress or something, because in Krems hardly anyone takes the shared taxi - It's no wonder with the "service", but the worst thing is that in the 3 years I have never heard a word of apology when they haven't got it again, a taxi ordered hours in advance halfway to send on time ... completely forgetting about me 8 times in 3 years but really the amount! As a regular customer you are normally not treated like this ... but to be honest ... here in St. Pölten, the shared taxi is even more cheeky than in Krems ...
