★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr enttäuschend. Der Junior Chef kam letztes Jahr Okt. 2020 persönlich vorbei und hat alle Innentüren abgemessen. Er sagte wohl, dass viel zum Tun sei und er vor dem Frühjahr 2021 keine Zeit hätte anzufangen, aber den Kostenvoranschlag könne er doch umgehend zuschicken. Bis heute Okt. 2021 habe keinen Kostenvoranschlag erhalten. Ich habe inzwischen sicher zehn Mal angerufen und mir wurde jedesmal mitgeteilt, dass der Juniorchef mich zurückruft. Bis jetzt noch nie geschehen. Auch wenn viel Arbeit ist und ich kein Hotel bin mit sehr großen Aufträgen, erwarte ich mir dennoch einen Rückruf und eine Erklärung.
Very disappointing. The junior boss came by in person last October 2020 and measured all the interior doors. He probably said that there was a lot to do and that he would not have time to start before spring 2021, but he could send the cost estimate immediately. Until today, Oct. 2021, I have not received a cost estimate. I've called me ten times, and each time I've been told that the junior boss is calling me back. Never happened before. Even if there is a lot of work and I am not a hotel with very large orders, I still expect a callback and an explanation.
