F	Friedrich Leitner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin mit der Abwicklung von Gewährleistung höchst unzufrieden. Bei Reklamation wird einfach auf falsche Benutzung verwiesen und das war's dann. Es werden dann Benutzungsvorgaben erwähnt, welche in keinerlei Beschreibung angeführt sind, bzw. gerade gegensätzlich wie auf der Beschreibung angegeben eingefordert. Man hat das Gefühl einfach "abgeschasselt" zu werden. I am extremely unsatisfied with the handling of the guarantee. In the event of a complaint, it is simply referred to incorrect use and that's it. Usage specifications are then mentioned, which are not mentioned in any description, or are requested in opposite directions as specified in the description. You have the feeling that you are simply "knocked off".

Es gibt auch einen Werksverkauf mit netten Mitarbeitern !! Great Austrian company with deep roots, today had the luck of a factory tour (with the old boss a Koryphä in his field!) There is also a factory outlet with nice staff !!

Used for years without problems, then a small problem with the lid, the manufacturer contacted by email and immediately received a free spare part by post - that's why I buy from the local manufacturer!

Der Topf wackelt extrem und der Glasdeckel passt nicht - vielzu klein. Mußte immer wieder Flüssigkeit nachfüllen. Kelomat 3426-336 roaster - should be a nice Christmas present, but it turned out to be a nice letdown. The pot wobbles extremely and the glass lid does not fit - much too small. Had to keep refilling fluid.
