Die sehr freundliche Verkäuferin hat mit wirklich sehr viel Geduld (konnte mich bei der großen Auswahl nicht entscheiden) alles gezeigt und nochmal für mich zusammen gestellt damit ich eine bessere Vorstellung hatte. Dann hat sie mir genau aufgeschrieben wie ich sie einsetzen soll damit das schöne Muster auch wirklich zur Geltung kommt. Ich will das setzten gerne selber machen, ich glaube aber sie würden das auch übernehmen. Vielen Dank für euer bemühen, wir kommen wieder. We were buying our balcony flowers today and were more than thrilled with the advice. The very friendly shop assistant showed everything with a lot of patience (could not decide with the large selection) and put it together again for me so that I had a better idea. Then she wrote me down exactly how I should use it so that the beautiful pattern really comes into its own. I would like to do it myself, but I think they would do it too. Thank you for your efforts, we will be back.

Ich konnte am selben Tag noch telefonisch Blumen versenden, Bezahlung wurde mir via Zahlung auf Rechnung per Email angeboten. Toller Kundenservice - Vielen Dank dafür :-) Very friendly and helpful staff! I was able to send flowers by phone on the same day, I was offered payment via e-mail via payment. Great customer service - Thanks for that :-)
