Ich hatte Mittwoch Wanderstöcke von Leki gekauft und diese am Donnerstag bei einer Wanderung am Grat eingesetzt. Nach ca. 2 Std Wanderung klappte plötzlich das untere Glied ein. Ich habe deshalb die Stellschraube nochmals nachgestellt und die Stöcke weiter benutzt. Nach einiger Zeit klappte das Glied wieder ein. Als ich den Vorfall am Freitag im Laden geschildert habe und auch meine Bedenken zur Sicherheit, wurden diese nur abgetan. Mir wurde gesagt, ich hätte die Stöcker sicherlich nur falsch eingestellt und gebrauchte würden sie sowieso nicht zurück nehmen. Und das obwohl eine der Verkäuferinnen sogar bestätigt hat, dass der Feststellmechanismus richtig eingestellt war und ihr der Stock beim Ausprobieren auch eingeklappt war. Jetzt habe ich viel Geld für unbrauchbare Wanderstöcke ausgegeben... ich kann den Laden, zumindest was Wanderstöcke angeht, nicht empfehlen! Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this "service". I bought hiking poles from Leki on Wednesday and used them on a hike on the ridge on Thursday. After about 2 hours of hiking, the lower limb suddenly collapsed. I therefore readjusted the set screw again and continued to use the sticks. After a while the limb collapsed again. When I described the incident on Friday in the shop and also my concerns about safety, these were only dismissed. I was told that I would certainly only have set the horse mugs incorrectly and would not take used ones back anyway. And this despite the fact that one of the sales assistants even confirmed that the locking mechanism was set correctly and that the stick was also collapsed when trying it out. Now I've spent a lot of money on unusable hiking poles ... I can't recommend the shop, at least as far as hiking poles are concerned!
A	A L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Ski Service Unsere betagten Skier waren über Nacht in "Behandlung". Ein Ski hatte schon Löcher im Belag. Alles wieder hinbekommen, liefen wieder super und zum fairen Preis. Auch bei einem drückenden Skischuh konnte uns geholfen werden. Hinweis: In den Hotels usw. liegen häufig Gutscheine (3Eur) für einen Skiservice von Kres... aus. Hört sich gut an, ist aber leider nicht billiger. Super ski service Our elderly skis were "treated" overnight. A ski already had holes in the base. Get everything back, went great again and for a fair price. We were also able to help with a pressing ski boot. Note: In the hotels etc. there are often vouchers (3Eur) for a ski service from Kres ... Sounds good, but unfortunately it is not cheaper.
-	- “‪Wein' doch nicht‬” - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Sohle meiner BW Kampfstiefel löste sich während der Wanderung vom Oberschuh ab. In der Schuhklinik wurde mit schnell und professionell geholfen, innerhalb von 2 Tagen bekam ich meine Stiefel mit einem komplett neuen Sohlenaufbau zurück und das für einen Preis, für den ich nicht einmal einen(!) neuen Bergschuh bekommen hätte. Wanderurlaub gerettet. Der junge Schuhmacher versteht sein Handwerk. Nächstes Jahr bringe ich das andere Paar mit. Ganze klar 5 Sterne, für das hier ausgeübte Handwerk. The sole of my BW combat boots detached from the upper shoe during the hike. In the shoe clinic was helped quickly and professionally, within 2 days I got my boots back with a completely new sole structure and for a price for which I would not even get a (!) New mountaineering shoe. Rescued hiking holiday. The young shoemaker understands his craft. Next year, I bring the other couple with me. All clear 5 stars, for the craft practiced here.

Komplett überarbeitet neue Sohlen, Geröllschutz erneuert neue Schnürsenkel und neue Innensohle. Die Schuhe sehen aus wie neu! Top Arbeit, ich bin absolut begeistert Very friendly and competent team. I gave my mountain boots for repairs at the end of my vacation. I got it back after four weeks. Completely revised new soles, rubble protection renewed new laces and new insole. The shoes look like new! Great work, I am absolutely thrilled
