★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Würde gerne auch 0 Sterne geben, aber ja geht leider nicht.. Mitarbeiter unfreundlich!!!! Sehrr!! Ich sagte zu ihr können Sie bitte ein bisschen lächeln und freundlicher sein? Und sie meinte“ wenn ich dich sehe habe ich keine Lust zum Lachen!!!!“ Ich war überrascht also, dass man sooo arrogant sein kann und noch so unfreundlich also lächerlich!!! Würde dieses Reisebüro nicht empfehlen! Bitte! Ps wo ich hineingegangen bin wollte sie nicht mal grüßen und uns bitten um Platz zu nehmen! Lächerlich!!! Ich musste selber nachfragen ob ich Platz nehmen darf...
Would like to give 0 stars, but unfortunately is not .. Staff unfriendly !!!! Sehrr !! I said to her can you please smile a bit and be more friendly? And she said "if I see you I do not feel like laughing !!!!" I was so surprised that you can be soooo arrogant and so rude so ridiculous !!! Would not recommend this travel agency! You're welcome! When I went in, I did not want to greet them and ask for a seat! Ridiculous!!! I had to ask myself if I can take a seat ...
