2021 muss man sich ja impfen lassen und deshalb wollen wir nicht fliegen und haben mehrmals schriftlich wie telefonisch das Geld für die Flüge zurückgefordert!
Reisebüro hält Geld zurück und will es nicht zurückbezahlen!
Wollte uns mit Gutschein abspeisen!
Einfach mühsam !!!!
Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!

Booked a flight in 2020 that was canceled due to Corona!
In 2021 you have to get vaccinated and that's why we don't want to fly and have repeatedly asked for the money for the flights in writing and by phone!
Travel agency withholds money and doesn't want to pay it back!
Wanted to fob us off with a voucher!
