Daumen hoch für Richard und sein Team. Top company. My chipped rim horns repaired, stripped, powder coated and painted. It couldn't be better. I am and will remain a regular customer there. Ist die Felge zerkratzt und gar verbogen, Ronay kriegst (meist) wieder hin! Top rim builders with reasonable prices! Whether 1, 2 or 3 parts, no problem. Special requests are also implemented. If the rim is scratched and even bent, Ronay (usually) can get it back!

Nun blättert der klarlack ab... bin hingefahren leider sagte er 1. Dass dies gar nicht die Felge sei, 2. Er könne aber schauen da er sie markiert habe wenn er den Reifen abmontiert. ..kein Problem im September ?da Frage ich mich ob man eine Reklamation so bearbeitet .wir werden die Felge nicht mehr hinbringen, denn das finde ich sehr Kunden unfreundlich. Einen guten Betrieb erkennt man erst wenn mal was schief gelaufen ist...und es ist ja nicht unser Fehler dass der klarlack nicht hält.. nicht fachgerecht gearbeitet. Wir werden die Felge auf unsere Kosten nun woanders neu ent- und lackieren lassen. Danke für den Kundenservice Have over the winter our original Audi roto rim brought to repair. Hab viele Felgenservice nachgefragt und alle haben gesagt dass das nicht mehr reparabel ist bis auf Ronay. Ich habe meine Felgen nicht mehr wiedererkannt. Respekt!! Have my rims repaired. One of my rims was really badly damaged. Have asked a lot of rim service and all said that this is no longer repairable except for Ronay. I no longer recognized my rims. Respect!!
D	Daniel Büchel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin sehr sehr enttäuscht, wenn ich könnte würde ich null Sterne geben. Kleiner Tipp: Erst das Produkt Anschauen dann bezahlen. Ich habe es leider umgekehrt gemacht. Meine originalen BMW Performence Felgen wurde zwar repariert leider aber vor dem Lackieren mit Klarlack nicht sauber gereinigt. Somit war der Dreck nicht mehr zu entfernen und immer sichtbar. Auf meine Reklamation hin wurde mir von Richi gesagt das dies schon so war und sie da nichts dafür können. Ich habe das nicht akzeptiert da ich diese Felgen selber bei BMW gekauft habe und mir zu 100% sicher war das dies davor nicht war, daraufhin wurde ich beschimpft und vom Gelände verwiesen. War mit Sicherheit das erste und letze mal dort. I'm very, very disappointed, if I could I would give zero stars. A little tip: first look at the product, then pay. Unfortunately, I did it the other way around. My original BMW Performence rims were repaired but unfortunately not cleaned properly before painting with clear varnish. So the dirt could no longer be removed and was always visible. In response to my complaint, Richi told me that this was already the case and that they couldn't help it. I did not accept that because I bought these rims myself from BMW and I was 100% sure that this was not before, then I was insulted and expelled from the site. Was there for sure the first and last time.
