Hartes, durchdachtes Training und freundschaftliche Atmosphäre (immer wieder Events mit dem Team, gemeinsam Kämpfe ansehen, usw.). Great MMA training for beginners and advanced users. Hard, well thought-out training and a friendly atmosphere (always events with the team, watching fights together, etc.).

Und durch die vielen guten Menschen die dort trainieren herrscht im Rfc immer eine familiäre und respektvolle Stimmung. The Rfc has a great trainer who deals with personal problems in training without ever losing his temper. And due to the many good people who train there, there is always a familiar and respectful atmosphere at the Rfc.
