★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Unternehmen lädt Bewerber ein und erteilt einem bereits nach 15 Minuten eine Zusage. Das Gespräch ist recht unpersönlich. Hauptsächlich wird erwähnt dass die Firma seit Jahren skandalfrei ist und nie mit Lohn- und/oder Sozialdumping zu tun hatte. Dies sollte selbstverständlich sein und nichts großartig lobenswertes.
Dann erhält man telefonisch erneut eine Zusage und wird gebeten den aktuellen Job so schnell wie nur möglich zu kündigen auch einen bereits gebuchten Urlaub zu stornieren. Wenn man diese Dinge erledigt hat wird man gebeten in die Niederlassung zur Dienstvertragsunterzeichnung zu kommen ABER dann kommt ein weiterer Anruf des Geschäftsführers welcher sagenhafte 00:28 Sekunden dauert in denen einem mitgeteilt wird, dass die Stelle leider doch intern besetzt wird und er leider absagen muss. All das geschieht in einem Zeitraum von 3-4 Tagen.
Sehr unprofessionelles Verhalten. Der Geschäftsführer scheint am Bewerber keinerlei tatsächliches Interesse zu haben. Völlig überstürzter Bewerbungsprozess ohne Rücksicht den Bewerbern gegenüber.
In gar keinem Fall empfehlenswert!

When you have done these things you will be asked to come to the branch to sign the service contract BUT then there is another call from the managing director which lasts an incredible 00:28 seconds in which you are informed that the position is unfortunately filled internally and that he unfortunately has to cancel . All of this happens over a period of 3-4 days.
Very unprofessional behavior. The managing director does not seem to have any real interest in the applicant. Completely rushed application process without regard to the applicants.
Definitely not recommendable!
