Eine Reklamation wurde abgeschmettert, zusammengefasst sehr enttäuschend! Unfortunately, the source stone did not meet the expectations that the seller's pictures aroused. H	HoPe Zoll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach langem hin und her zufrieden und wieder glücklich. Haben den Stein gekauft und waren erstmal richtig entzückt von dem Prachtstück. Leider war nach einer Zeit der Parkettboden angegriffen, durch die Wasserspritzer die vor die Brunnenwanne gespritzt sind. Aber durch mehrmaliges hin und her ist dann doch noch auf meine Bitte eine längere Brunnenwanne gefertigt, und auch kostenfrei zugesendet worden. Leider war sehr negativ , dass die meisten Emails unbeantwortet blieben und auch am Telefon, meist keiner genau gewusst hat um was für ein Anliegen es bereits geht. Man musste immer wieder alles neu erklären und erzählen. Was aber zu erwähnen ist, trotz der Problemchen , sehr freundliches Team . Absprachen besser und eindeutiger umsetzen im Service mehr Verlässlichkeit. Dann wär diese Rezension bestimmt mit 5 Sternen bewertet worden. Wie gesagt, man ist letztendlich auf meine Wünsche eingegangen, und meine Frau und ich wir sind jetzt wieder glücklich mit unserem Stein. Der Chef Herr Davor Hinger ist ein ganz guter, vielleicht sollte er ab und zu Dinge abgeben und sich etwas Freiraum für wesentliche wichtigere Dinge schaffen für die Zufriedenheit des Kunden. Kleiner Tip zuletzt für alle Brunnenkäufer, nehmt für den Schlauch ein Winkelstück im Brunnenkessel, der zur Pumpe geht , das verhindert das abknicken des Schlauches und verlängert die Pumpen Lebensdauer . Gibt es von Eheim um 3 € .. So wie es ursprünglich gemacht ist, ist ein Abknicken vorprogrammiert . Hab das bei mir gemacht und es klappt tip top. Alles im Ganzen eine Tolle Idee , die noch einige Defizite aufweist, hauptsächlich im Service aber auch wenige Qualitativ. Aber auf dem richtigen Weg ist .. Last little tip for all well buyers, use an elbow piece for the hose in the well that goes to the pump, this prevents the hose from kinking and extends the pump's service life. Is there from Eheim for 3 € .. The way it was originally done, kinking is inevitable. Did that for me and it works tip top. Falsch ausgestellte Rechnungen werden möglicherweise an der Finanz vorbeigeschummelt . Kundschaften werden heimlich auf ihren Grundstücken fotografiert ! Ein Stern ist noch zu viel !!! Rarely seen such a dubious company! Warranty claims must first be sued in court. Incorrectly issued invoices can be cheated by Finanz. Customers are secretly photographed on their property! One star is still too many !!!
