★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr ausgefallene Mode. Sehr teures Segment. Aber eben Sachen, die nicht jeder trägt. Immer sehr zuvorkommendes höfliches Personal. Ich habe schon Sachen zum ändern gebracht, die ich Jahre vorher gekauft habe. Alles kein Problem. Ich bestelle die Sachen, die ich haben möchte vorher schon von Berlin aus. Wenn ich dann in den Urlaub nach Kärnten fahre, kann ich sie dann abholen. Das ist klasse. Es wurden nur auch schon Sachen nach berlin per Post geschickt. Klasse Service
Very unusual fashion. Very expensive segment. But things that not everyone wears. Always very courteous, polite staff. I've already changed things that I bought years ago. No problem. I order the things that I would like to have in advance from Berlin. When I go on vacation to Carinthia, I can pick them up. That's great. Things have just been sent to Berlin by post. Great service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war das erste Mal am Samstag bei Rettl in Villach und wurde von einer sehr netten Verkäuferin Namens Babsi bedient und beraten. Weiters wurde auch in den gut 2 Stunden mein Freund von einer anderen jungen, ambitionierten Verkäuferin bedient. Es wurde uns prompt etwas zu trinken angeboten und der Wohlfühlfaktor war gleich vorhanden. Wir kommen wieder!
I went to Rettl in Villach for the first time on Saturday and was served and advised by a very nice saleswoman named Babsi. Furthermore, my friend was served by another young, ambitious saleswoman during the two hours. We were promptly offered something to drink and the feel-good factor was immediately there. We will be back!
