Sie hört einem wirklich zu und versucht das Beste Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für einen zu finden. Wunderbar. Ich kenne einige Reisebüros, die derart fahrlässig agieren, dass es fast schon pervers ist. Nicht so bei Ihnen. Ich danke Ihnen für Ihr Service und hoffe, dass Sie Frau Draskowitsch explizit ansprechen - und Ihr den Reiseoscar verleihen werden. Urlaube werden garantiert nur noch über Sie gebucht! She really listens to you and tries to find the best quality / price ratio for you. Wonderful. I know some travel agencies that act so negligently that it is almost perverse. Not so with you. Nach 1 Stunde und 15min behauptet die Beratung Sie ist gleich fertig und schon beim Drucken des Angebots...weitere 18min später haben wir aufgegeben und sind gegangen...eine Frechheit! First it says we should come in 30 minutes because a customer is there. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, the advisory service claims it will be finished soon and as soon as the offer is printed ... another 18 minutes later we gave up and left ... what a cheek!
E	Elisabeth Ebner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Mitarbeiterin im Reisebüro hat sich trotzdem sie wirklich viel Stress hatte (aufgrund von Krankheit 1 statt 4 Mitarbeiterinnen im Büro) Zeit genommen um uns gut zu beraten. Sie hat uns ein paar hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und wir haben ein sehr schönes Hotel ausgesucht. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen :) The employee in the travel agency still took a lot of stress (due to illness 1 instead of 4 employees in the office) to give us good advice. She gave us a few helpful tips and we selected a very nice hotel. Really highly recommended :)

Gestern gegen 14:30 Uhr wollten wir das Büro betreten da sich noch Kunden und eine Mitarbeiterin im Büro befunden haben, sind dann als wir an den Öffnungszeiten sahen dass bereits geschlossen sein sollte allerdings gegangen. Was wir jedoch als sehr schockierend empfunden haben war dass Ihre Mitarbeiterin im Trainingsanzug und ohne MNS/FFP2 im Büro saß! Vorallem kam sie selbst in Begleitung eines Herren, erst um circa 14 Uhr ins Büro und hat bis 14:40/14:45 eine blonde Dame beraten. Deshalb dachten wir ursprünglich das Büro wäre geöffnet. Keine der 3 Personen hatte eine Maske auf! Ich konnte das Namensschild der Dame leider nicht ganz lesen, aber der Vorname war Katarina oder Katrin - die Dame saß ganz links, direkt an der Glasfront des Büros. Dieses Verhalten finde ich leider sehr unprofessionell, vorallem nachdem uns eine nette Dame (Frau Piringer) heute am Telefon die Auskunft gab, dass es nicht möglich ist Termine außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten zu vereinbaren! Wieso werden hier manche Menschen anders behandelt? I am really shocked! Yesterday around 2:30 p.m. we wanted to enter the office because there were still customers and an employee in the office, but then left when we saw the opening times that it should already be closed. What we found very shocking, however, was that your employee was sitting in the office in a tracksuit and without MNS / FFP2! Most of all, she came to the office, accompanied by a gentleman, at around 2 p.m. and advised a blonde lady until 2.40 / 2.45 p.m. That's why we originally thought the office was open. None of the 3 people had a mask on! Unfortunately, I couldn't quite read the lady's name tag, but the first name was Katarina or Katrin - the lady was sitting on the far left, directly on the glass front of the office. Unfortunately, I find this behavior very unprofessional, especially after a nice lady (Mrs. Piringer) gave us the information on the phone today that it is not possible to make appointments outside of the opening hours! Why are some people treated differently here?
