★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location! Disappointing service. Ask another waiter to bring a drink, it doesn't come. Prices are high, so you expect at least some bread as a welcome. Nothing was served. The waiter was hard to reach. It was not busy, so no reason. Bringing the food, the waiter told some us to start eating, since the rest would take some time. This I would not expect in a restaurant with main courses of 20 to 30€.
Due to the beautiful weather and the nice location, we had a great afternoon, but I would not recommend the place, due to bad service by many waiters only serving in their own section and standing around. Not very welcoming.

Thank you Miro, you are a great professional with superb service, good knowledge of all dishes, great reccomandations follows by Knoll's wines. Our group really enjoyed lunch and dinner as well and we are looking forward to come back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow what a place. Excellent food (i had pumpkin soup, roast chicken with chantrelle mushroom risotto) & apricot dumplings. Very high quality flavorful food. Amazing setting with apple trees and beautiful flowers. A bit slow but worth the wait

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price reflects the quality of the restaurant. There are really a lot of fancy dishes which are a big enough to enjoy. The whine is sensationall and the garden is a little fairy tale. This is Australian culture in its perfection. I do not post any pictures right now, make your own experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic and huge gasthof in the wachau region. Right by the danube and a garden like rarely seen before, like out of a fairy tale. Wonderful down to earth and regional menue, a purely great wine list ( no wonder enmerich Knoll is the cousin), very nice and competent staff! Not too outrageous when it comes to pricing, highly recommended! You need to book a table, always full, which is no wonder
