Die Erklärung des Ablaufes im Restaurant wurde nicht bei jedem Tisch durchgeführt (bei mir fehlte diese Vorstellung). Die MitarbeiterInnen sind alle sehr höflich und zuvorkommend - weiters machen alle einen motivierten Eindruck und strahlen Freude an der Arbeit aus. Bei einem solch qualitativ hochwertigen Restaurant - welches auch mehrfach ausgezeichnet ist - war meine Erwartungshaltung die Verfügbarkeit von Stoffservietten (dies war nicht der Fall). An Sonn- und Feiertagen wird ein reichhaltiges Buffet aufgetischt - dieses beinhaltete bei meinem Besuch neben mehreren kalten Vorspeisen eine Suppe, mehrere Hauptgerichte und eine breite Auswahl an Desserts (siehe beigefügten Plan vom 09.01.2022). Im Buffetpreis sind ein Aperitif sowie verschiedene Säfte und Heißgetränke inkludiert (€ 38,-- pro Pers; Reduktionen für Kinder). Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen zum vorliegenden Angebot. Die Speisen waren alle sehr schmackhaft und auch die Art und Weise der Präsentation ist positiv hervorzuheben. Eine Bewertung hinsichtlich Frühstüxksbuffet, Brunch, Abendessen, Events kann mangels Erfahrungswerten nicht abgegeben werden. Eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte Location, die vor Allem im Sommer bestimmt mit ihrem traumhaften Ausblick verzaubert. Meinerseits wird eine klare Empfehlung zum Besuch abgegeben. Trotz den Kommentaren bzgl Servietten und der nicht überall gleichen Vorgehensweise (Gästeeinführung) wird eine 5-Stern-Bewertung abgegeben. The explanation of the process in the restaurant was not carried out at every table (I lacked this idea). The employees are all very polite and courteous - they all make a motivated impression and exude joy in their work. With such a high-quality restaurant - which has also received several awards - my expectations were the availability of cloth napkins (this was not the case). A rich buffet is served on Sundays and public holidays - during my visit this included a soup, several main courses and a wide selection of desserts in addition to several cold starters (see attached plan from January 9th, 2022). The buffet price includes an aperitif as well as various juices and hot drinks (€ 38 per person; reductions for children). The price / performance ratio is appropriate to the present offer. The dishes were all very tasty and the way of presentation should also be highlighted positively. An evaluation of the breakfast buffet, brunch, dinner, events cannot be given due to a lack of experience. A really very recommendable location, which is sure to enchant you with its fantastic view, especially in summer. For my part, a clear recommendation to visit is given. Despite the comments regarding napkins and the not always the same approach (guest introduction), a 5-star rating is given.
S	Simon Möller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lecker Gerichte die der Gast aus einer kleinen aber feinen Karte, mit ausgewählten Gerichten aussuchen kann. Diese sind sehr schön und besonders angerichtet. Selbst das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung, bei der Qualität der Zutaten. Der Service ist hervorragend, fast schon zu um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Bei so einem gehobenen Restaurant hat man natürlich auch hohe Ansprüche, was die Exklusivität und der Geschmack der Gerichte betrifft. Deswegen der Stern Abzug, da mir bei den Gerichten etwas gefehlt hat. Dennoch kann ich das Restaurant sehr empfehlen! Delicious dishes that the guest can choose from a small but fine menu with selected dishes. These are very nice and specially prepared. Even the price-performance ratio is okay, given the quality of the ingredients. The service is excellent, almost too eager to please the guest. In such an upscale restaurant, of course, you also have high expectations when it comes to the exclusivity and taste of the dishes. That's why the star deduction, because I was missing something in the dishes. Still, I can highly recommend the restaurant!
