We had a reservation and he did not even give us a chance to explain ourselves, just kept telling us very rudely how the restaurant was full and we had to leave... a real pity that we could not dine there because of his bad manners because we were very excited...

As it is made fresh there will be about a 25 min wait, however was well worth it. The serving was generous, light & fluffy, very traditional. Only big let down was the cappuccino as it was made with 0.5% milk, which was completely unenjoyable.
N	NT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twice we’ve placed an order through Lieferando for delivery, twice we’ve been able to track the process of our order and TWICE we’ve waited till past our delivery time only to find that our order was canceled last minute. The first time was tolerable but the second time is unacceptable. If you can’t handle the added work of fulfilling delivery orders, then don’t offer it!
L	Laurynas Mitkus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute tourist trap. They bring stuff, that we didn't order, and which normally is complimentary in decent restaurants (bred, water) and charge incredible amounts for it! There are plenty of better places in Vienna. Avoid!

The portions are of an adequate size and good if you take into account the price (not cheap for Vienna but definitely worth it after a long day of tourism). It would not hurt a bit of renovation of the decoration and a bit more of friendly attention from the staff.

Vienese potato and mushroom soup was very good. Their lecker Kaiserschmarren - must try! Guten Appetit! P.S. What is strange for me as they have Chech Budweiser beer vom fass and no local Austrian beer. Budweiser was not so good, may be drum was opened long time ago
