A	Andreas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich und pampig bei allen Telefonaten. Auch beim Abendessen wurden wir dumm angeredet. Kundenfreundlichkeit ist echt mies. Zimmer sind dafür sauber und schön. Rude and snotty on all phone calls. We were also spoken to stupidly at dinner. Customer service is really bad. Rooms are clean and nice.

Die Pizza und der Salat waren sehr gut und die Preise sind fair. Authentisches Personal aus Milano, waren sehr freundlich zu uns. We went to Pizzeria Castello. As long as you can't rate them separately here, I'll do it here. The pizza and salad were very good and the prices are fair. Authentic staff from Milano, were very friendly to us.

Da an dem Abend nur eine Italienerin allein im Service war habe ich sie beim bezahlen erst darauf hingewiesen, da sie vorher gar nicht greifbar war. Sie reagierte sehr unfreundlich, meinte es kann nicht sein und ich hätte früher was sagen müssen. Der Glühwein wurde mir nicht aufgewärmt. Ich habe ihn also kalt stehen gelassen und durfte 5 Euro zahlen und mich noch anmeckern lassen. Schade, aber so kann man auch Kunden vergraulen... I was in the pizzeria from the Jagdschloss. The pizza was very good but the service was terrible. My mulled wine was served cold. Since there was only one Italian woman in the service that evening, I only pointed this out to her when paying because she wasn't available beforehand. She reacted very unfriendly, said it couldn't be and I should have said something earlier. The mulled wine was not warmed up for me. So I left him cold and was allowed to pay 5 euros and let me complain. It's a shame, but that's how you can scare customers away...

Delicious good quality food and perfect service. The staff makes their best to pay attention to every customer. Before coming to Kühtai we were worrying where to eat, as we didn't see much options in the area and the rating of particularly this restaurant was quite low. Don't really know why someone ranked it less than 5. Everything was just perfect.
