Wir hatten versäumt im Vorfeld anzugeben, dass ich vegetarisch esse, die Küche hat super flexibel regiert und das Ergebnis war sensationell. Im Anschluss haben wir in einem der Gästeappartements übernachtet. Tolles Ambiente, wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Fantastic, innovative courses, wonderfully presented and unique service. We had neglected to state in advance that I eat vegetarian, the kitchen was super flexible and the result was sensational. Afterwards we stayed in one of the guest apartments. Great ambience, beautifully decorated. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Ambiente „Top“, wir lieben auch das Geschirr ;). Tolles Team (alle…), freundlich engagiert und kompetent. Grüße an den Sommelier ;). Sehr innovative Küche gepaart mit einer angenehmen Einfachheit. Toll angerichtet und geschmacklich ist jedes Gericht ein Geschmackserlebnis das es gilt erlebt zu werden. Man fühlt sich einfach rundum wohl.
