Dreierlei vom Wild muss man probieren, ein wahres Gedicht und zum Abschluss natürlich Schoko-Mousse.. Sehr genial die eingesetzte asiatische Filetiertechnik der Goldbrasse! Muss man probiert haben! Sehr zu empfehlen. Gutbürgerliche Küche und vorzüglicher Fisch des Tages ob Goldbrasse, Wolfsbarsch, oder kürzlich ein sehr guter Steinbutt. Auch die Selbstgemachten Fischstäbchen sind ein Gaumenschmaus oder die sehr gut marinierten Ripperl.
