★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant, condescending waiter. The bill came to 96€. I asked whether I could add service. I clearly said 107€... taking the mediocre service into account. The waiter keyed in the amount of 110€... he knew exactly what he was doing. I let it go, but actually that is very poor behaviour. No surprises there though. The food was good. The tiramisu and panna cotta though, both the worst we had eaten. The tiramisu was like plastic. No mascarpone. Get a new chef for deserts and train your staff. They are there for the customer, not the other way around.

We went in the part of the place named "Cafe Bistro" and looked for a while at the menu with ice creams and coffee etc. Waiter comes with full Speisekarte to offer dinner, we say oh we're in for coffee, cake and icecream. Waiter walks away, then we wait again for some time, feeling sidelined... Eventually, tiramisu comes but seemingly not including mascarpone, instead some sort of pudding? A single raspberry placed next to it - why at all, but especially if it's moldy in the middle? :/ No napkins either. We had higher expectations based on the reviews here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can eat in or take away food. Some good options, and friendly staff. There isn't a menu with English so some things need to be explained by staff. 2 different beers on tap. There is indoor or outdoor seating.
