★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has one of the best services I've encountered. The service is on par with Rovello18, a one Michelin star restaurant in Milan.
The dishes are very well executed, serving time is spot on, and communication with the serving staff is excellent. Grappa and wine pairing and recommendations are also spot on.
Amazing beef and salmon tartar, spot on steaks. Tell them exactly what level of doneness you want, they will deliver it. Oh, and the grilled prawns ... Oh wow, best char marks, and smoke tasting grilled prawns ever ?
