You have to drive to Zell am See which is near by. For the laundry, you have to have 3 EURO in 0.50 cents (6 coins) to operate the washing machine.

Namely, Mrs Micharla, she were not happy that I done the booking for the apartment online and not throw them, and she clearly mentioned due to this we will give you the ground floor apartment and on the higher floors even though I paid more for the view cost. When I refused and complained to the supplier I bought this days from when denied this and I lost $848 because of this. Personally I will never recommend this hotel apartment to anyone. In fact this experience made me change the length of my stay in Zell Am See at all.

When I refused She said go cancel your booking then and I lift the hotel and called complained to the supplier I bought this days from. when The supplier tried to refund my money she denied this and I lost $848 because of this unprofessional personnel. Personally I will never recommend this hotel apartment to anyone. In fact this experience made me change the length of my stay in Zell Am See and leave with bad experience.

The residence have a few house rules including when you can actually check in (after 4pm), you are supplied a kitchen cleaning kit where upon check out the receptionist will come to the apartment to inspect before returning the 300 euro deposit. For a hotel and the price paid, over S$800 for 2 nights I expected less rules and more wow. The hotel it is linked to is closed at this time of year (end of March) so there are almost zero amenities, facilities to be enjoyed. The view was fantastic - a huge mountain and the town of Zill am See - this can not be argued. The apartment was well furnished and they supplied a crib but at a cost of 35 euro - whereas hotels give them for free. Personally I would not stay there again.
