I would actually rate as +5 stars my recent experience with the employees from ReQuest GmbH, and they would be the only ones getting this rating, among many other recruiting companies or HR personnel I had been in touch with during the last two months, while I had been looking for a new job. The reasons are as follows: - they (and my main counterpart was Max W.) took time to carefully listen to me, when I described my skills, experience, and the kind of (IT) job I am looking for; - they are definitely tech savvy and up to date with modern trends in the job market (in my experience: IT); - this is quite important: they continuously strove to get for me the best profile & interest matching job opportunities; - they were very professional with handling the communication and putting me in contact with the job offering companies, for my first interviews, and after; - they replied round-the-clock to my concerns (email, phone - even during their vacation time). - they are acting much more "agile" (concerning bureaucracy and the "corporate talk") compared to the other many recruiting companies and agents I have been dealing with; - they are very polite, and also human, with well placed, and warm humour, taking the extra mile to make me comfortable, and relaxed for the job interviews; I felt they really cared and did their best so that I am getting the job I am looking for, and I am very grateful for that: I got now a job that I am very happy with, and this was because of Max & his colleagues from ReQuest. I wish ReQuest the best of success further down the road, and keep up the good work.
