All reviews i read where true. Ok to visit because it was free of charge with the Kärnten card.. And it was raining ?. Snakes don't move so much so sometimes the hided and are not visible. It is what it is. It is obvious that the owner had a hobby that is turned into a zoo. It is not that professional but ok! Its not that big of a deal.

Extremely friendly staff! You can touch snakes and insects if you ask... for the tarantula, I let other visitors check! Covid countermeasures taken seriously.

A very cool Reptile zoo. My family loves reptiles and this is the perfect place to visit. We have visited a few times. They have many snakes including many venomous and local species as well. It's very nice that my children can learn and identify the local species. The enclosures are so great because most are natural and you can see fresh tree branches and plants placed in the homes for these creatures. Looks like a lot of heart-felt hard work. I love these kinds of places. We will be back again and again.

Nice place, the worker willingly answered questions about the reptiles. The kids must be still looked after but there's no direct danger to them ☺ The only bad side is the specific smell inside the zoo, probably coming from the snakes and their droppings ?

This is an interesting terrarium. Unfortunately, even if it was two years old at the time of the review, we found it crammed. And unfortunately again, really dirty - with some spider webs around the power sockets and the glass rarely if ever cleaned. To visit it during the CoVID times can be a bit nightmarish. Nobody was wearing masks, people bumping into you, high temperature for the sake of the snakes... Not good.

A very nice little reptile zoo. A lot of different snakes - a lot of the very poisonous. Really good displays and descriptions. Highlight was the very nice zoo keeper who took out one of the none poisonous snakes so people could hold and pet them. Recommend for a relaxing day once you need a hiking rest :D
