Von allen eingeholten Angeboten kam hier das günstigste. TOP war sowieso die Dame bei der telefonischen Terminvereinbarung, es wurde sogar Rücksicht auf die Schlafenszeiten von meinem Baby genommen. Der Monteur erschien pünktlich (auch schon eine Seltenheit heut zu Tage) und die Reparatur war im Nu erledigt. Ein herzliches DANKE für so viel Kundenfreundlichkeit!!! TOP was anyway the lady in the appointment by phone, it was even taken into account the bedtime of my baby. The fitter appeared punctually (a rarity today too) and the repair was done in no time. Am nächsten Tag konnte ich das Problem mit einer Dose W-40 selbst lösen. The gentleman was very reluctant and told us that our external blinds were of extremely poor quality and could no longer be repaired. The next day I was able to solve the problem myself with a can of W-40.

Schnell nach meiner Anfrage hat sich eine Mitarbeiterin bei mir gemeldet und einen Termin zur Besichtigung vereinbart. Nach der Besichtigung bzw. der Zusage dann noch ein Folgetermin mit Details wie Farbe etc. Arbeiten sind dann schnell und ohne Probleme erledigt worden. Preis/Leistung stimmen auch. Zusätzlich wurde der Ersatzteil gleich vorort eingebaut! Ich kann den Betrieb bestens weiter empfehlen!!!
