Besser gesagt keine Beratung und erst auf Anfrage hat sich die Verkäuferin von ihrem Tablet (wahrscheinlich hat sie gespielt) losreißen können, um meinem Kind die Füße auszumessen. Meine Frage, welche Größe ich jetzt wirklich für mein Kind bei den ausgewählten Schuhen brauche, wurde nicht beantwortet. Ich musste das selber rausfinden! Frage mich jetzt echt, für was die Frau überhaupt dort arbeitet, wenn sie keine Ahnung von Schuhen hat und auch kein Interesse zeigt, etwas zu verkaufen! Unsympathisch und unfreundlich war die Dame auch noch! Vielleicht, weil ich sie beim Tablet spielen gestört habe? Nie wieder Reno! Not good advice! Better to say no advice and only on request was the seller able to tear herself away from her tablet (probably playing) to measure my child's feet. My question about what size I really need for my child with the selected shoes was not answered. I had to find out for myself! Now I'm really wondering what the woman works for when she has no idea about shoes and is not interested in selling anything! The lady was also unappealing and unfriendly! Maybe because I disturbed her while playing tablet? Never Reno again!
