Warsztat rozwiązał problem od ręki w 1h. Wspinali, życzliwi i uśmiechnięci ludzie. Uratowali mój urlop od troski jak wrócę do domu 900km. Pozdrawiam Was serdecznie It's a great workshop. While on vacation in nearby Bad Kleinkichheim my Reno reported engine failure at the driveway under a steep road. The workshop solved the problem immediately in 1 hour. They were climbing, friendly and smiling people. They saved my vacation from caring when I came home 900km. I greet you warmly

Ehrlichkeit, Kompetenz, Freundlichkeit & Zuverlässigkeit sind nur einige Merkmale die ich benennen möchte. Die Übergabe der Unterlagen durch Frau Buchhacher und die perfekte Übergabe vom Fahrzeug durch Herrn Tusch waren spitzenmäßig und sind für mich nicht zu toppen. Toller Service und gute Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus. Ich komme gerne wieder, spätestens zum nächsten Service. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle Beteiligten. Very professional advice and still no feeling of being pushed by someone. Honesty, competence, friendliness & reliability are just a few characteristics that I would like to name. The handing over of the documents by Ms. Buchhacher and the perfect handing over of the vehicle by Mr. Tusch were top-notch and are unbeatable for me. Great service and good atmosphere throughout the house. I would love to come back, at the next service at the latest. A big thank you to everyone involved.

Bij een bezoek aan deze lokale Renaultdealer werden we uiterst vriendelijk geholpen door de receptioniste en een van de monteurs. Die monteerde twee door ons zelf meegebrachte penbobines en las de auto uit. Kosten totaal 50 euro. Niks naaien van toeristen met gebrekkig duits . Gewoon de service die je eigenlijk overal hoort te krijgen en klaar terwijl wij wachtten. We had some lights on the dashboard. Brakes and abs and engine management. When visiting this local Renault dealer, we were extremely kindly helped by the receptionist and one of the mechanics. He mounted two pen coils that we brought with us and read the car. Costs a total of 50 euros. No sewing of tourists with faulty German. Just the service you should get everywhere and ready while we waited.
