m	maninwhite82 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für eine 15minütige telefonische Beratung (für die im Vorfeld ein Stundensatz von 200Euro festgelegt wurde) in der mir erklärt wurde, dass man in meinem Fall "nichts" machen könne (um eine steuerliche Begünstigung zu erreichen), wurde mir überraschenderweise eine Rechnung weit über 300Euro ausgestellt (ohne Kommentar). Auf meine Nachfrage hin, wie man denn bei einem Stundensatz von 200Euro und höchstens 20 Minuten Beratungszeit auf diese Summe käme, wurde pauschal darauf verwiesen, dass das mit dem Vorbereitungsaufwand zu tun gehabt hätte (welche Vorbereitung genau, wenn die konkrete Problematik lediglich im Gespräch erörtert wurde und vorher die Details meines individuellen Falles gar nicht bekannt waren?!). Ich kann die Steuerberatung Remm leider nicht empfehlen, da sie Beträge in Rechnung stellen, die angesichts der vorherigen Vereinbarung, absolut nicht nachvollziehbar sind und mir dieses Verhalten des Unternehmens absolut unprofessionell erscheint. Wenn ich in Zukunft steuerliche Beratung benötige, finde ich garantiert jemand anderen. For a 15-minute telephone consultation (for which an hourly rate of 200 euros was set in advance) in which it was explained to me that "nothing" could be done in my case (in order to obtain tax relief), I surprisingly received an invoice well over 300 euros issued (without comment). When I asked how one would get this amount with an hourly rate of 200 euros and a maximum of 20 minutes of consultation time, it was generally pointed out that this would have had to do with the preparation effort (which preparation exactly, if the specific problem was only discussed in a conversation and the details of my individual case were not known beforehand ?!). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the tax consultancy Remm, as they invoice amounts that are absolutely incomprehensible in view of the previous agreement and this behavior of the company appears to me to be absolutely unprofessional. If I need tax advice in the future, I'm guaranteed to find someone else.
