I wanted to rent a 2,500 euro house from them, even after providing financial documents and payslips for 4,000 euro / month, they claimed the house costs are too high compared to my earnings 'and I cannot live for 1k euro'. Girl I have enough holdings in assets and dividends to buy this house, and you are questioning I can afford to rent it. To begin with, I offered to pay 6--12 x month rent up-front. I rented houses all around Europe, it's a standard to don't even ask about source of income. And I was shocked they purposely didn't reply waiting for the documents from accountancy I finally provided to them. I also provided both this agency and landlord with an interactive presentation to build Trust (spend long hours because we really loved the house). They said no :O Why ? Who cares, they are a waste of time. Lock of replies, lack of contact consistency, lack of professionalism and empathy, sending me Emails at 3 and 4 am in the morning, completely not recommended and totally disappointed.
