V	Veronika Kosednar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war wieder alles super wie immer. Nur dieses Mal waren wir wirklich sprachlos. Mein Mann hatte am Tag der Ankunft zufällig Geburtstag. Als wir in das Zimmer kamen erwartete ihn eine Karte mit handgeschriebenen Glückwünschen. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut und dachten, wie Aufmerksam. Aber es kam noch viel besser. Am Abend gab es Gala Dinner, wir bekamen einen Tisch zugewiesenen mit großem Kerzenleuchter und Schalen mit roten Rosen. Zum Essen bekamen wir eine Flasche Champagner serviert und zum Dessert eine Geburtstagstorte. Wir waren so freudig überrascht, dass es so etwas gibt. DANKE. Everything was great as always. Only this time we were really speechless. My husband happened to have a birthday on the day of arrival. When we got into the room a card with handwritten congratulations was waiting for him. We were very happy and thought how attentive. But it got much better. In the evening there was gala dinner, we were given a table with a large candlestick and bowls with red roses. We were served a bottle of champagne for dinner and a birthday cake for dessert. We were so delighted that there was such a thing. THANK YOU.

Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch. Great service, very nice and courteous staff, delicious food of excellent quality and not to forget the pool and sauna area. We look forward to the next visit.

Klare Weiterempfehlung All right. Service and hospitality are very important here. Price performance really ok. In terms of culinary delights, no wish remains unfulfilled. I'll be back. S	Sandra Aspeck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein super tolles Hotel , eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung ( Adults only) Essen ein Traum , besonders die Saftbar, Schauküche und der Naschmarkt die süsse Ecke alles frisch zubereitet ,Wellness sehr groß auch für Saunafreunde , Zimmer geräumige und sauber. Sportangebot riesig für jeden etwas dabei und entzückend der kleine Tierpark neben der Hotelanlage. Fam. REITER und das Team alle sehr freundlich und bemüht. Weiterhin viel Glück ?und Freude bei der Arbeit . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder ? A super great hotel, an oasis of calm and relaxation (adults only) Eating was a dream, especially the juice bar, show kitchen and the Naschmarkt the sweet corner everything freshly prepared, wellness very large also for sauna fans, rooms spacious and clean. Huge sports offer something for everyone and the small zoo next to the hotel is delightful. Fam. REITER and the team are all very friendly and hard-working. Good luck ? and enjoy your work. We would love to come back ?

Etwas hat mich trotzdem gestört, nämlich dass beim Salatbuffet keiner der Gäste die Handschuhe genommen hat oder sich die Hände desinfiziert hat. Jeder greift dieselbe Gabel an und legt sie zurück zum Salat . Das dürfte heute nicht sein, auch wenn nur kontrollierte Personen das Haus betreten dürfen. Da sollten die Gäste besser aufmerksam gemacht bzw. hingewiesen werden. Aber der nächste Aufenthalt in diesem Haus ist schon geplant. Very nice. It worked really well and you can relax very well. Something bothered me anyway, namely that at the salad buffet none of the guests took their gloves or disinfected their hands. Everyone attacks the same fork and puts it back with the salad. That shouldn't be the case today, even if only controlled people are allowed to enter the house. The guests should be better made aware of or pointed out. But the next stay in this house is already planned.

Einrichtungen, die ich leider innerhalb einer Woche nicht ganz ausnutzen konnte und vor allem das exzellente Essen, das nichts zu wünschen übrig ließ!! Die Betreuungen bei der Merkur, in den Speisesäälen etc. waren auch bestens. Ich komme sicher wieder. DANKE!!! I was very satisfied with the room, the various facilities that I unfortunately could not fully use within a week and above all the excellent food that left nothing to be desired! The care at Merkur, in the dining rooms, etc. was also excellent. I will be back for sure. THANKS!!!
