F	Friedrich Robert Tomaschko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja, wir waren mit der Arbeit der Fa .Reiter sehr zufrieden, unser Haus ist noch mit Lehm gebaut worden und auch außen war der erste Putz aus Lehm wo natürlich in den Jahren viele Spritzputze dar überkamen, aber alles aus verschiedenen Materialien. Ich habe die Fassade schon 3 mal selbst gemacht und meine Gattin und ich wollten es durch einen Profi erledigen lassen! Unser Problem war die Seite der Klosterstraße da hatten wir zwei große Flecken mit losem Putz, die ich entfernt habe. Nach der Reinigung mit dem Hochdruckreiniger, trat durch Risse Wasser hinter den Putz und dadurch entstanden noch zwei Stellen auf der sich der Putz löste und ich ihn entfernen musste und nach erfolgter Reinigung hat der Franz ( Maurerkünstler alter Schule.) den Putz von Grund auf, neu aufgebaut ohne Zement, nur alles natürliche Materialien und zum Schluss mit reinem Kalkspritzputz perfektioniert. Die neu ausgebesserten Stellen sind nicht zu erkennen, so tolle Arbeit haben Franz und Thomas geleistet. Wir hatten natürlich eine sehr große Baustelle denn vorne haben wir den Stiegenaufgang auch verputzt, denn das Schiefergestein war unansehnlich geworden und passte nicht mehr zum Haus. Meine Gattin wollte neue Fensterbänke und die hat auch die Fa. Reiter gemacht und der Thomas hat bei schlechtem Wetter Schneefall und niedrigen Temperaturen die Fensterbänke gesetzt, denn wenn er nicht fertig wird, können seine Kollegen nicht weitermachen, aber leider hat uns das Wetter im stich gelassen und als das schöne Wetter kam haben die Maler ihr Werk vollendet! Eine wirklich sehr gute Arbeit. Eine Fa. ist nur so gut wie seine Handwerker und da hat die Fa. Reiter sehr großes Glück, es waren Alle die bei uns gearbeitet haben Profis und deshalb hat meine Gattin Alle verpflegt, Leistung muss belohnt werden! Einziger Wehrmutstropfen das vollgespritzte Spritzputzblech ( Sockelblech ) das ich überstreichen muß! Ps.: Danke auch für den Tipp von Helmut, dass ich innen Keim-Biosil verwenden soll ist zwar sau teuer aber sein Geld wert. After cleaning with the high-pressure cleaner, water came through cracks behind the plaster and this resulted in two places where the plaster came off and I had to remove it and after cleaning, Franz (old school mason artist) did the plaster from scratch, rebuilt without cement, only all natural materials and finally perfected with pure lime plaster. The newly repaired areas cannot be seen, Franz and Thomas have done such a great job. Of course we had a very large construction site because we also plastered the staircase at the front because the slate had become unsightly and no longer matched the house. My wife wanted new window sills and they were also made by the Reiter company and Thomas put the window sills in when the weather was bad, snowfall and low temperatures, because if he didn't finish, his colleagues couldn't continue, but unfortunately the weather hit us relaxed and when the nice weather came the painters finished their work! A really good job. A company is only as good as its craftsmen and the Reiter company is very lucky, everyone who worked for us was professionals and that's why my wife fed everyone, performance must be rewarded! The only downer is the fully sprayed plasterboard (Base plate) that I have to paint over! Ps .: Thanks also for Helmut's tip that I should use Keim-Biosil inside is very expensive but worth the money.
