★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drei verschiedene Samen gekauft (2 verschiedene Tomaten- Lillit unprofessionell Ribisel und 1x Paprika). Davon sind 1 Tomatenpflanze und eine Paprikapflanze aufgelaufen. Von Ribisel ist auch bei der Nachsaat nicht eine Pflanze gekommen.
Bought three different seeds (2 different tomato Lillit unprofessional currants and 1x paprika). Of these, 1 tomato plant and one paprika plant have emerged. Even when reseeding, not a single plant came from currant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reine Katastrophe. Nach einem knappen Monat wurde die Bestellung noch immer nicht ausgeliefert. Telefonisch ist die Firma im Moment nicht erreichbar. Am Band kriegt man aber immerhin gesagt, dass man in äußerst dringenden Fällen ein mail schicken soll.
Pure disaster. After almost a month, the order was still not delivered. The company cannot be reached by phone at the moment. But at least you get told on the tape that you should send an email in extremely urgent cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich habe am 07.02.2021 Samen bei Reinsaat bestellt mit Kreditkarte schon Bezahlt und bis heute keine Lieferung bekommen. Telefonisch ist diese Fa. nicht erreichbar für meine Mails erhalte ich nur eine Eingangsbestätigung aber keine Auskunft . Es ist sehr ärgerlich das man als Kunde nicht einmal
eine Auskunft erhalten kann. ein Stern ist noch zu viel.
I ordered seeds from Reinsaat on 02/07/2021 with a credit card and have not received any delivery to date. This company cannot be reached by phone. I only receive a confirmation of receipt for my e-mails but no information. It is very annoying that you as a customer are not even
can receive information. one star is still too many.
