★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe heute 2 Artikel erhalten, die ich vorbestellt hatte. 2kg Spareribs und eine hintere Stelze geschröpft.
Die Spareribs:
auf den Rippen ist absolut kein Fleisch!! So eine schlechte Qualität habe ich noch nie gesehen oder gehabt!
Die Stelze:
Geschröpft bedeutet dass die Schwarte/Haut eingeschnitten wird. Bei meiner Stelze sind die Schnitte bis zu 4cm tief ins Fleisch! Die Marinade die ich spritzte, lief einfach wieder raus gelaufen!
Entweder hat Fleischer Hiess kein Fachpersonal oder/und die Kunden werden abgezockt!
Hier kaufe ich bestimmt nichts mehr, nicht mal ein Paar Frankfurter......
I received 2 items today that I had pre-ordered. 2kg spare ribs and a rear stilt fleece.
The spare ribs:
there is absolutely no meat on the ribs !! I have never seen or had such poor quality!
The stilt:
Cupping means that the rind / skin is incised. On my stilt, the cuts are up to 4cm deep into the meat! The marinade that I sprayed just ran out again!
Either Fleischer Hiess has no specialist staff or / and the customers are being ripped off!
I'm sure I won't buy anything here, not even a pair of Frankfurters ......
