★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am liebsten keinen Stern, was nicht möglich ist bei der Bewertung.Diese Hausverwaltung ist eine absolute Zumutung. Mehrfache Schreiben/Anrufe über Missstände am Haus wurden bis heute nicht repariert - teilweise sind die gemeldeten Schäden ÜBER ZWEI JAHRE alt. Nichts passiert. Die positiven Bewertungen können nur selbst hinterlegt worden sein!
Preferably no star, which is not possible in the rating. This property management is an absolute imposition. Multiple letters / calls about deficiencies in the house have not yet been repaired - some of the reported damage is OVER TWO YEARS old. Nothing happens. The positive reviews can only have been deposited by yourself!

Die Wohnung ist reiner Pfusch, schäden werden den Mietern angerechnet. Kommunikation mit dieser Hausverwaltung ist der reinste Horror. Unfreundlich, nicht kompetent...Mietpreis für dieses Service und Qualität die reinste Frechheit . Habe schon vieles erlebt, aber dies übertrifft bis jetzt alles.
I have never had such a bad experience as with this property manager.
The apartment is pure botch, damage will be charged to the tenants. Communication with this property management company is pure horror. Unfriendly, not competent ... Rent for this service and quality the most pure cheek. Have already seen a lot, but so far this surpasses everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechteste Hausverwaltung mit der ich jemals zu tun hatte ...der Bau ist ein kompletter Pfusch ( schon 1993 erbaut ) und trotzdem werden die Mieter im Fall eines Wasserschadens zur Kasse gebeten ... Finger weg! Am Telefon wird man respektlos behandelt und beschimpft... Auf Kommunikation unter Erwachsenen kann man daher nicht bauen ! In meiner ganzen Laufbahn ist mir sowas noch nie untergekommen.....
Worst property management I have ever dealt with ... the construction is a complete botch (built in 1993) and still the tenants are asked to pay in the event of water damage ... hands off! On the phone you are treated disrespectfully and verbally abused ... You cannot therefore rely on communication between adults! In my entire career I have never come across anything like this ...
