For me the rockfall specialist. Timely and uncomplicated appointment allocation. Price fits and the waiting times are also acceptable with a maximum of 1 hour. Staff is friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich wollte ich nur nach dem Preis für eine neue Windschutzscheibe per Email nachfragen.
Weil das sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet wurde, gab ich meinen 20jährigen "Neuwagen" zur Inspektion und Service. Termin vereinbart, Ersatzwagen angeboten bekommen und weiter geht es mit dem tollen Service.
Die Mängel am Fahrzeug wurden nach kurzer Zeit aufgezählt.
Ich wurde immer per Mail am laufenden gehalten.
Die veranschlagten Preise wurden eingehalten und sind nicht überzogen.
Schön, wenn ein gutes Service so spürbar ist.
Klima duftet, Motor schnurrt und wer zufrieden ist, kommt wieder.
Ich komme wieder ;-)
Actually, I just wanted to email the price for a new windshield.
Because that was answered very quickly and in a friendly manner, I gave my 20 year old "new car" for inspection and service. An appointment was made, a replacement car was offered and the great service continued.
The defects on the vehicle were listed after a short time.
I was always kept up to date by email.
The prices quoted were adhered to and are not excessive.
It's nice when good service is so tangible.
The air fragrant, the engine purrs and those who are satisfied come back.
I'll be back ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe einmal angefragt wegen eines Windschutzscheibentausches für ein relativ seltenes Fahrzeug, mir wurde mitgeteilt, es würde ein wenig Zeit in Anspruch nehmen, was auch vollkommen OK ist. Auf eine erneute Rückfrage wurde ich weiterhin um ein wenig Geduld gebeten, allerdings hat man sich danach bei mir nicht mehr gemeldet.
Für ein anderes Fahrzeug wollte ich einen Termin für eine Fehlerdiagnose bei einem Automatikgetriebe telefonisch vereinbaren. Leider wurde ich nicht wie vereinbart zurückgerufen.
Meiner Meinung nach gibt es beim Kundenservice noch ein wenig Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Mitarbeiter bei der Auftragsannahme waren jedoch alle sehr freundlich und bemüht.
I once inquired about a windscreen replacement for a relatively rare vehicle and was told it would take some time, which is perfectly fine. When I asked again, I was asked to be patient, but I was not contacted afterwards.
For another vehicle I wanted to make an appointment by phone for a fault diagnosis on an automatic transmission. Unfortunately I was not called back as agreed.
In my opinion, there is still a little room for improvement in customer service. However, the employees who took the order were all very friendly and tried hard.
