W	Wolfgang Robier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beim Reifen montieren den Sensor abgedrückt und mit Silikon geklebt und eingebaut. Dieser löste sich nach 3 Wochen und verursachte Klopfgeräusche. Die Reparatur kostete 124,-- Euro. Als ich dies reklamierte, hieß es lapidar, das war schon so. Das stimmt zu 100% nicht, da ich sonst immer anwesend war beim Reifen montieren. Außerdem verlangen Sie Fantasie Preise für Reifen. Update: nachdem ich meine Daten gemailt hatte, habe ich nie mehr etwas gehört. Habe auch nichts anderes erwartet von so einer Firma. Einem wartenden Kunden nicht zu sagen, wie lange man warten wird müssen, am Empfangstresen nicht begrüßt zu werden, trotz drei direkt anwesender Mitarbeiter, weder einen Sitzplatz zum Warten, noch ein Getränk anzubieten, zeugt davon, dass man sich hier um den Service wenig schert. Hier hat man kein Benehmen, keinen Service, aber Reifen, viele Reifen, - die Andere aber auch haben. Die Montage und das wieder Anbringen des Rades wurde zügig und professionell vorgenommen. Hof und Zufahrt aber war mit parkenden Mitarbeiterwagen verstellt, so dass ich mit meinem 18 m Lastzug rückwärts wieder raus musste, zuvor kaum rein kam. Neben den freundlichen Monteuren, ist mir das Büropersonal als eher unfreundlich und wenig kundenorientiert erschienen. .. Was there with a broken truck tire that was absolutely not cheap. Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben kurzfristig 2 neue Reifen gebraucht, uns wurde schnell und kompetent geholfen. Große Reifen Auswahl, wir haben trotz unüblicher Größe passende gefunden. Bequeme Sitze im Wartebereich, sogar mit Tischkicker. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Great service, great advice, great mechanic. We were passing through and needed 2 new tires at short notice, we received quick and competent help. Large selection of tires, we have found suitable ones despite the unusual size. Comfortable seats in the waiting area, even with table football. To be recommended without reservation.
