Sehr traurig, wenig Kompetenz bei Beratungen. Bei den Angeboten sind sie ja schnell, der Preis ist nicht Top, das ist mir aber weniger wichtig als guter Service. Der ist bedauerlicherweise nicht mehr gegeben. 2 verschiedenen Reifenprofile auf einer Achse geht optisch gar nicht und hätte vorher gesagt werden müssen. Zitat des Verkäufers: "Wos homsn is eh der gleiche Reifen". Dankeschön! Bei einer Information darüber hätte ich sofort 2 Reifen gekauft. Was ich auch getan habe! Keine Zeit zum Montieren, 14 Tage Wartezeit. Dankeschön auch für das! Meine Tankstelle hat das in 20 Minuten für mich erledigt und den Reifen ummontiert! Echt eine Schande! Alles kann einmal sein, wo gearbeitet wird passieren fehler, doch von der Terminservice Tante anschnauzen lassen Zitat: "Wenn ihnen was nicht Passt rufen sie in Traiskirchen an" Habe ich gemacht, auch gleich angeschnautzt. Ich finde wen neuen der sich um meine Reifen kümmert..... So far everything has been good. Unfortunately bad advice and then not very helpful. I found myself undesirable as a regular customer. Very sad, little competence in advice. You are quick with the offers, the price is not great, but that is less important to me than good service. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. 2 different tire profiles on one axle does not work optically and should have been said beforehand. Quote from the seller: "Wos homsn is the same tire anyway". Thanks very much! If I had any information about it, I would have bought 2 tires immediately. Which I did too! No time to assemble, 14 days waiting time. Thank you for that too! My gas station did it for me in 20 minutes and remounted the tire! What a shame! Everything can happen once, where work is done, mistakes happen, but let the appointment service sniff at your aunt Quote: "If something doesn't suit you, call Traiskirchen" I did it, also sniffed at it straight away. I find someone new to take care of my tires .....
