★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde durch die Kanzlei in Villach vertreten. Leider wie es sich im Laufe des Verfahrens herausstellte ein Fehler. Es gab mehrere Verhandlungen der Anwalt den man eigentlich dachte zu bekommen war bei keiner der Verhandlungen. Das weitere Problem die Anwälte die zu den Verhandlungen erschienen waren teilweise sehr schlecht vorbereitet.
Es ist wie überall , leider geht es nicht um den Klienten sondern um das Honorar dieses scheint bei einem Fall vor dem Arbeitsgericht und Sozialgericht nicht all zu hoch zu sein. Also ich würde die Kanzlei nicht weiter empfehlen .
I was represented by the law office in Villach. Unfortunately, as it turned out in the course of the procedure, a mistake. There were several bargains that the lawyer thought you could get was not involved in any of the negotiations. The other problem, the lawyers who appeared to the negotiations were sometimes very bad prepared.
It's like everywhere, unfortunately it's not about the client but the fee this does not seem to be too high in a case before the Labor Court and Social Court. So I would not recommend the law firm.
