★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miniappartamento di 25 mq, con piccolo bagno e piccola cucina, senza pretese, arredato stile montagna, molto pulito, insonorizzato, ad ogni piano ci sono i bidoni per la raccolta differenziata, pagamento del 30 % in anticipo con bonifico e la parte rimanente in contanti, al prezzo indicato su booking vanno aggiunte le tasse e spese pulizia locali che incidono per un buon 20 % sul prezzo iniziale (per una settimana euro 385 si aggiungono 26,60 di tasse e 53 rgw per un totale di euro 464,60)...si potrebbe indicare prima della prenotazione su booking per correttezza...

Nice spacious rooms with everything you need for a short break. And a wonderful view of the lake on the spacious balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wundervoller Ausblick auf den Ossiacher See vom Balkon. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht! Die Einrichtung ist nur leider teils schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Super ist auch der kleine ruhige Strandabschnitt am Ossiacher. Ich würde auf jede Fall wieder kommen !
Wonderful view of Lake Ossiach from the balcony. The apartment was equipped with everything you could need! Unfortunately, the facility is a bit old in parts. The small, quiet stretch of beach on the Ossiacher is also great. I would definitely come again!
