M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn seine Zeit verschwenden möchte ist man hier genau richtig - Es dauerte zuerst bereits Wochen bis unsere Anfrage einem Planer zugewiesen wurde. Dieser war nie erreichbar, unglaublich unzuverlässig und machte ständig falsche Aussagen ("Der Plan ist bereits fertig", "Ich schicke ihn morgen durch", "Morgen schicke ich dann wirklich durch", "Versprochen, morgen schicke ich ihn"), dass wir uns eigentlich schon von dem Unternehmen hätten abwenden sollen. Wir wollten der Firma Reichhart aber eine 2. Chance geben und kontaktierten den Chef, welcher uns mitteilte, dass unser Planer nur 1 Tag/Woche arbeitet und daher schlecht erreichbar ist.... Er nahm von da an die Sache selbst in die Hand und wir bekamen einen Termin bei ihm - Nach der Planbesprechung (2.Termin beim Chef) wollten wir noch eine kurze Aktualisierung des Angebotes mit 2 möglichen Variationen, um dann eine davon in Auftrag zu geben. Es kam keine Rückmeldung mehr, und auch auf einen ausgerichteten Rückruf warten wir bis heute (3 Monate). Um die verschwendete Lebenszeit bei dieser Firma ist uns Leid! If you want to waste your time, you've come to the right place - it initially took weeks for our request to be assigned to a planner. This was never available, incredibly unreliable and constantly made false statements ("The plan is already ready", "I'll send it tomorrow", "Tomorrow I will really send it through", "I promise, I'll send it tomorrow") that we we should have turned away from the company by now. However, we wanted to give Reichhart a second chance and contacted the boss, who informed us that our planner only works 1 day / week and is therefore difficult to reach .... From then on he took matters into his own hands and we got an appointment with him - after the plan discussion (2nd appointment with the boss) we wanted a short update of the offer with 2 possible variations, in order to then commission one of them. There was no more feedback, and we are waiting until today (3 months) for a specific callback. We are sorry for the wasted life at this company!
