Eine Besichtigung der Immobilien ist nur innerhalb der Bürozeiten möglich, was für Personen, die beruflich tätig sind und nicht in der Stadt leben, ein großes Problem darstellt. Es werden auch keine Lösungen vorgeschlagen, da sich ja jemand am Markt findet, dem das wohl passt. Bei der Befristung wird darauf geschaut, dass man 2 Bruttomonatsmieten kassieren kann, obwohl das nicht dem Bedürfnis des Kunden entspricht. Ergänzung auf die Antwort der Inhaberin: Sie haben mich darum gebeten, Ihnen einen alternativen Besichtigungstermin innerhalb Ihrer Bürozeiten (Mo bis Do 8.00 – 16.30 oder Fr 8.00 – 12.00 Uhr) mitzuteilen. Eine Person, die berufstätig ist und außerhalb von Innsbruck lebt, muss ja praktisch einen Urlaubstag nehmen, um einen Termin mit Ihnen zu vereinbaren. Außerdem haben Sie mich nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass der Vermieter einen Mietvertag mit einer vierjährigen Laufzeit wünscht, sondern lediglich, dass eine kürze Befristung nicht möglich ist. Zum schämen.. Sollten sich zuerst einmal über den gesetzlichen Hintergrund informieren bevor sie eine Rechnung ausschicken. Auf Anfrage bekommt man keine Rückantwort. Wo kommen wir denn da hin, wenn jeder willkürlich Rechnungen verschickt. Issue an invoice for illegal parking without any legal basis. You should first find out about the legal background before sending an invoice. You will not get a reply on request. Where are we going if everyone sends random invoices.

Für mich nicht weiter zu empfehlen! 1 viewing appointment in 3 months ... (Another agency commissioned afterwards - 8 viewings in 2 weeks including conclusion of a contract) If the order is terminated, no inquiries or other interest in order not to lose myself as a customer ... For me not to be recommended!

Ich bekomme seitdem die Antwort, dass sie es an die betreffende Firma weitergegeben hätten, es melde sich jemand und ich sollte abwarten. Nach erneuter Nachfrage nach einem fixen Datum, wann die Firma kommen wird habe ich seit 2 Wochen wieder nichts gehört I had 8 weeks ago! Contact with you because something needs to be repaired in the apartment (things that would be legally payable by the landlord). Since then I've got the answer that they passed it on to the company in question, someone will get in touch and I should wait. After another request for a fixed date, when the company will come, I haven't heard anything for 2 weeks
